Is what we think we know that keeps us from learning
Claude Bernard (French philosopher)
Every year our experts implement a plan based on a training that promotes vital processes, sustains them when changes come, directs the potentials, offers efficient work tools.
Our training process has a circularity that starts from the analysis of our context and therefore from the needs of our collaborators in order to define the training targets, coordinating a series of didactic actions in a consistent way respecting the economic constraints, defining timing, methods, periodical verifications and final training verifications.
The management thinks that training is an essential commitment of the activity and therefore requires scrupulous verifications on the result of the training in terms of theoretical and practical knowledge, and most of all of the capacity of being there, meaning the knowledge of what is happening in the place of work and the ability to direct it in the most efficient way.
Our training project is not aimed only to the acquisition of formative credits under the current legislation. We make training sessions on subjects we have pointed out at the expense of the company independently from acquisition of ECM credits.
